International Merch Post-Brexit

Have just ordered a hoody, since the claret red seemed to be available again in my size (and hopefully won't show the wine stains so much). Since it's an international order, will the Shopkeeper be able to reclaim the UK VAT, or is that just too much hassle? I'd much rather it goes in the band's coffers than to HMRC, and I expect I'll be paying VAT (MwSt) again when it arrives anyway.

On a related note, it was a sad moment to see the customs declaration sticker on the second installment of Dark Lustre when it arrived yesterday. :(
