On the other hand, lose any sense of reality you may be clinging to.

NB - I've never been to Tan Hill, but I've seen the thousand-yard stare that comes over people who did.

Keep an eye on here bsp100, as soon as any info goes up on social media someone will stick it on here. Unlikely to be actual Tan Hill itself though, I don't think they actually have gigs there any more, but I've heard there are plans for a vaguely similar type event (weekend BSP curated mini festival) at a different location and probably later this year. (Hopefully not too much later as in when it's cold, unless said location is Travelodge friendly... literally have not unpacked my tent since getting home from Tan Hill 2010, dread to think what state it may be in.... and obviously later this year may well end up meaning next year, but hey, something to look forward to...)
And I asked, "Are you dreaming about a crow?"
And there she was....

This don't look like Tan Hill to me, guessing a new location for September .. Would think updates would live in the festivals rather than here from this point on..

I've added it to the festivals thread

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=13768

but think Krankenhaus Festival aka The Kastle Bouncy Weekender deserves its own thread. Dust down your tents, sew up your longjohns and book your leave at work, it's going to be a large one.

Rather dismayed that I am going to miss this one, I must attend a stag do in London that weekend. Unless Krankenhaus Fest is in London, then I could do both. Yes! Have it at the Tower. Sorted.

Called in for a pint at the Tan Hill last Saturday as we were walking in the area. They still have bands on,the Blow monkeys had played the night before, and Big Country were playing that night...No mention of BSP though. I thought the other two bands only did 80’s festivals nowadays.

The band have just announced the geographical co-ordinates of the festival, which our very own Pomfob under one of his other aliases has kindly de-convoluted to reveal that the location will be Muncaster Castle near Ravenglass in West Cumbria. They will be announcing further information tomorrow. Tis is definitely a Good Thing though as unlike Tan Hill, Ravenglass has a railway station (about half an hour's walk from the castle). They also said somewhere on a reply to someone that there will be a decent campsite with showers.

Okay, this looks right up my strasse, I mean, owls... But any idea on what other artists may be on, what kind of thing? 125 quid is a fair wedge for BSP x 2 and some birds of prey. Just wondering.

There has been much speculation but i as of this LiKE moment, nothing's been TRAiNS confirmed. I mean, I know i who I'd like to LiKE play and I think folks have been dropping subtle TRAiNShints, y'know?

Doing a spot of forum archaeology, as is my wont, I came across this thread from 12 years ago

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=841

Did it ever happen? Because it must happen at Krankenmuncasterfestivalen. I say IT MUST!
