The week after the 'Decline' shows - looks like Eamo's making hay while in England town. Good news!

Brakes surely belong in the BSP thread, given the Eamon link and the almost complete overlap in the fanbase?
how's it going to end?

It's that kind of devil-may-care thinking that's sending the world to hell in a handcart.

Anyway, I note from Twitter that there's an early curfew on the show, supposed to be over by 10pm. That might sway a few of you. Meself, I think I'll be making the long trek south. Well, it's going to be RIDICULOUS, isn't it?

Any Brighton gig is an afternoon off for me unless I want to cut it really fine, so the actual times make little odds, but cheers, noted. Day before Mogwai 20th anniversary gig in Glasgow, that's going to be quite a weekend :)
And I asked, "Are you dreaming about a crow?"
And there she was....

Well, I never made it to the Brighton show, and they didn't play Leeds, but I did make it to Manchester last night and they were marvellous. Best bit of the gig - well, apart from the backing singers for Jackson - was Eamon sheepishly announcing 'we're writing new stuff, we are!' So let's hope they're back pretty soon, eh?

I saw them in Glasgow on Tuesday and they were fantastic. Every single song was an absolute gem and played with such joy and enthusiasm. (Tom White is my new guitar hero!) I would hate to think that was the last we ever saw of them, so here's hoping eamons words are true.
How would they survive back in the wild?

saw them at the End Of The Road Festival. They headlined the Big Top on the final night.
The were fantastic!
I have to sheepishly say that I have never seen them before but I absolutely loved the set. Full on, happy, heavy,
marvelousness.
They got excellent reviews on the EOTR forum and I really hope that they are back for some time.

Thought they were great as did two chaps behind me who, until last Sunday, seemed to have led largely Brakeless lives. Here are a few photos, let me know if not working as Fuckr is being a bit eccentric at the moment.
