Jägerbull!

I also like the alternative, which is called a "Suicide Bomb"

Half a pint of Jägermeister, with a shot of red bull. Awesome.

Sadly, Wetherspoons has stopped doing pitchers of Jägerbull. :(

God, I really am a third-class drinker, aren't I? Can't abide any syrupy or coloured alcoholic shite, and only really like beer, wine, whisky and gin.

Am I old before my time?

Yes. So am I.

I associate Jagermeister and its ilk with the nights that just seem to go wrong.

No

Jaegermeister is a herbal drink for after dinner - digestive - or to keep you warm when you're hiking in the Dolomites - ergo, a drink for smelly old men. As are Sambuca and Grappa.

Give me a good Scotch any day.
Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable, let's prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.

gives me hallucinations. Or at least it did when I was small. I thought that insects were climbing the walls.

whatever you do DON'T mix it with white beer. It sends you mad.

I like dubiously textured and possibly slighty dangerous forms of alcohol as much as the next student, but this stuff is fucking DISGUSTING.

Was introduced to this by a mate of mine who came to the Manchester gig in 2005. Pre gig meet up in some bar someplace, I had three shots worth of the stuff, and that gig is the only time I have had memory lapses due to feeling so happy :) I have since passed on the pleasure to two mates who both loved it too!
I just don't get it
