BSP Tattoo

Postby MansunsOnlyBSPFan » Fri Mar 14, 2014 1:50 pm

Would anyone happen to know where I could find a large scale image of the BSP symbols, as featured on the signs and symbols t-shirt.
I quite fancy getting a small symbol as a tattoo.

A tattoo seems a bit drastic to me.

I reckon I'd be more happy with a lick and peel transfer.

I don't regret mine, now approaching its 10th birthday
And I asked, "Are you dreaming about a crow?"
And there she was....

I wish I hadn't had that picture of Noble on my willy. Difficult to explain away at the urinals.

What about one of those transfers you used to have to apply by scrubbing over with a pencil? I remember being very keen on those. Until you got one that was only half stuck down when you peeled the backing off. Trauma at such a young age.

Can you still get those?

I loved Letraset (and cheaper generic versions thereof).

I've not had much luck finding a decent size image of any of the symbols. I think the help is on the way hornets would make a cool tattoo. I guess I could just take my t-shirt in and get them to draw it out from there.

No idea, but I remember there being racks full of them in Woolworths when I was about 7!

They have some cracking lyrics apparently.

How about a three legged horse?

Didn't BSP actually do some of those? I'm sure I've got some in a drawer upstairs - had to stop the kids using them once.

Or I might have dreamed it.

You can still get the ones you apply with a wet sponge. My son has some dinosaur ones - we both applied one about a month ago. His lasted about a week but mine was still visible well into week three, which probably speaks volumes about my personal hygiene.

I've had exactly the same thought recently, but now own that shirt and don't want my skin to clash when I wear it. I'm veering towards this rabbit (hare?) complete with aircraft, apparently, seeing as there's a drunken doodle of it on my desk.

I'll probably procrastinate about this for ages, it's not been two months since the last and my average inter-tattoo interval is more like two years.
