All right, I am 26 years old and I want to get a mortgage but I don’t have any idea on how to get it or I don’t know the valuation of this. The buyer of our flat has requested a mortgage valuation rather than a buyer’s survey. I'm told the mortgage valuation is less detailed. What do surveyors look for in a mortgage valuation? What exactly is carried out? Please help me. Thank you very much.
