JOCK SCOT RIP

Postby The Secretary » Sun Apr 17, 2016 10:58 am

Sadly, sadly, poet Jock Scot, who performed several times with BSP, died this week.

The below obituary from The Telegraph is a fascinating read. How much remarkable Jock revelation will the world now see?! RW

So sorry to hear this. 2016 feels like a perpetual cycle of melancholy and loss so far.

Sad news. Was glad to have met Jock at the Lexington, he was a funny guy.

The Dave And Lee Travesty on croydonradio.com had an interview with Vic Godard this afternoon, which will be available as a podcast from 9am Monday. The show included a track British Sea Power(South) played live with Jock Scot at his final appearance at the Lexington in December - a rousing rendition of "Farewell To Ferodo".
Kevo or Matthew Wood? Malevolence or good?
