Radio 2 Interview & Session

Postby TheAlex » Mon Nov 02, 2015 8:56 pm

This is a fun interview with an excellent Albert's Eyes and a cover...

Does everyone reading this already know about it? Twitter? Facebook? Maybe I should check them more often.

They also said something about wanting to do a Christmas show, so maybe there's still time, plus a couple more brass shows in the new year and maybe a festival (they mentioned Tan Hill but not if they'd go back).

Some lurkers in the 'Whistles Aimlessly' thread know of this session.
The cover was very nice. More amusing was the fact that Bowman thinks that Phil plays the 'Coronet'. Oh, how I laughed. Fun indeed.
I gather that the group like branches, well I have a couple of trees that need pollarding and I was kind of thinking between Christmas and new year for that, so if they want to do that as well as the other stuff I won't say no. I have 'Sledgehammer' on 12" (John Potoker Extended Mix) and PG Tips Extra Strong.

Ah, yes. I read it but completely forgot.

Sledgehammer was one of my favourite songs and videos when I was a kid.
